Booking, Cancellation and Refund Terms

I am committed to delivering high-quality and personalised care. To ensure clarity and professionalism in our working relationship, please review the following terms regarding bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
BOOKING
Appointments must be booked in advance via the designated online booking system or email.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
To ensure you get the most out of your consultation and enjoy the full therapeutic experience, please arrive on time. If you’re running late by up to 15 minutes, I'll need to shorten your session a little to stay on schedule. If it’s more than 15 minutes, we’ll need to reschedule for another time that works better.
Inform me of any changes in your medication or medical history, both prior to and after your consultation.
To ensure safe and effective care: Your herbal medicine and wellness recommendations are unique to you and not reusable for other clients/individuals.

SLIDING SCALE FEE STRUCTURE
I try to ensure that my services remain as accessible as possible. I offer a sliding scale fee structure for eligible individuals with limited incomes who meet any of the following criteria:
Retired Individuals: Receiving a government pension with proof of pension statement.
Students: With valid student ID and proof of current enrolment.
Unemployed / individuals on lower income on Universal Credit: Proof Universal Credit statement required with photo ID.
Reduced rates are subject to verification and applicable to Restore and Wholeness Analysis consultations. Your information will remain confidential and be used solely to determine eligibility. To apply for a discounted rate, please email info@herbsandwellnesfarmcy.co.uk the following details, attaching your proof of eligibility:
1. Your First and Last Name.
2. Contact email.
3. Phone number.
4. Your chosen eligibility criteria: 1.Receiving a government pension with proof of pension statement, 2.Valid student ID and proof of current enrolment or 3.Proof Universal Credit statement required with photo ID.
Your information will be handled securely and confidentially and I will aim to ensure that you receive confirmation of your eligibility and applicable discount within 24 hours.
REFUND
Bespoke Herbal Prescriptions
All herbal prescriptions, whether a tea, tincture, powder, capsules, cream and other preparations, are custom-made based on your individual health needs following a consultation.
1. Herbal medicines are non-refundable once dispensed, due to health & safety reasons. This includes herbal teas, tinctures, powders, creams, and other preparations.
Changes in Medical Status After Dispensing
In the rare event that your health circumstances should change shortly after receiving your herbal prescription due to emergency medical care, a change in diagnosis or medication. In such cases, the following options may be considered, at the practitioner’s discretion:
1. Reformulation of the herbal prescription at no extra cost or with a partial discount.
2. A credit note towards future treatment.
3. A partial refund for unopened and unused items, if notified within 7 days of dispensing.
