Cold prepartion: Seperate a small amount or desired amount. Rinse under fresh water and then soak in water for 2 - 3 hours or overnight to allow it to expand. Drain and rinse with water. Blend into smooth gel consistency. Store in a glass jar and keep refrigerated for up to 3 weeks.
